We had the privilege of having evangelist Paul Boddy preach for us, the week before Easter.
It was the very first time that I had done a full four-day revival, needless to say there was a lot of anticipation amongst the church. I have to say it was truly amazing!
From the very first revival service God was already at work in our congregation. Ev Paul Boddy called out a number of people who had specific illnesses, prayed for them and they were healed. At the end of that service, he prayed for various members of the church to be filled with the Holy Spirit and 5 people were filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
Throughout the remaining days of the revival we heard powerful messages preached, to a seemingly small church, but with as much passion as would be preached to a much larger congregation.
The messages were timely for our congregation, and we saw people who would usually only attend a Sunday morning service, come out to the revival meetings, some coming every night.
We had record numbers for our midweek service, and people testified of how the sermons spoke to the them. One notable sermon is the one preached on mental health.
On the final night evangelist Boddy prayed for a number of issues including those struggling with sleep, one of my daughters told me that she prayed when evangelist Boddy led the congregation in a corporate prayer, and that very night she had a good night’s sleep, as she had been struggling to sleep.
It was a real blessing to have the opportunity to fellowship after the services, not only were my family and I blessed but it was clear that some of the men from the church who joined us on one occasion were also blessed, when asking questions and having the opportunity to glean from evangelist Boddy’s wealth of knowledge and experience.
To say we were blessed by evangelist Boddy’s ministry is an understatement, we were truly, challenged, stirred, and encouraged in ways that we hadn’t been before. I would most definitely recommend him to any pastor and church.

We recently had the privilege of hosting Evangelist Paul Boddy for a series of healing meetings, one outdoor crusade on Saturday 31st May, followed by three indoor services across 31st May to 1st June. What unfolded over those days was nothing short of extraordinary, leaving a lasting impact on our congregation here at Waltham Forest.
On the streets, we witnessed numerous demonstrative miracles. What stood out was the manner in which healing occurred, many were healed instantly as they simply approached Evangelist Boddy. It was reminiscent of the revivalists of the early 1900s, God truly came down.
One unforgettable moment involved a woman suffering from chronic pain in her knees and back. As she walked toward Evangelist Boddy, she was instantly healed. Her friend, a Muslim woman, witnessed the miracle and, deeply moved, also came forward for prayer. She too was healed on the spot.
Another powerful testimony came from the mother of one of our church members. A Muslim woman who had long struggled with shoulder pain, she received prayer and was instantly healed. She publicly acknowledged that this was the power of Jesus Christ at work.
We also witnessed the restoration of sight in a woman who had suffered a stroke and lost vision in one eye. After prayer, her sight was miraculously restored.
Beyond the physical miracles, there was a noticeable shift in our church. Our young men, in particular, experienced a fresh boldness and faith to step out, laying hands on the sick and believing for miracles themselves. In the lead-up to the meetings, during our outreach efforts, many of our disciples were inspired to pray for the sick and saw miracles firsthand.
Last year was our first time hosting an outdoor healing crusade with Evangelist Boddy, and the fruit from that event has remained. This year, we were eager to have him back, and once again the meetings were a tremendous success.
We recognise the hand of God on our brothers life, his understanding of the healing ministry, and the powerful way God uses him in the gifts. We are deeply grateful for his ministry and highly recommend him.

Yet again we had a powerful revival with Evangelist Paul Boddy. The church had been stirred and excited in the lead up and God really did help us. We had a visitor who got saved in a concert the night before the revival starting. She came out on the Sunday morning and was filled with the Holy Ghost. The sermons and words given were timely and exactly what we needed to hear. The church was blessed and helped by the depth of ministry, the down to earth preaching and Pastor and Penny’s willingness to answer questions and fellowship with the church. Salvation: The revival also resulted in several professions of faith, with individuals committing their lives to Christ and beginning their journey of faith. These new believers have since become active participants in our services.

Evangelist Boddy came to us for one night in March 2025. He gave out very timely words. We saw notable healings, including a man whose cartilage had worn away through sport, Evangelist Boddy prayed for him, resulting in his leg growing out and the man feeling an immediate alleviation of pain.
However, the most powerful highlight was the preaching on mental health. The room was transfixed. The whole room was absorbing every syllable. Many had travelled far distances specifically for the message, and it resonated. Numbers having family and friends who experienced mental health, including attendees that night.
Evangelist Boddy’s precision and accuracy on the subject, merging the spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical was truly impacting. The sermon was practical but simultaneously, anointed. Many people were helped and set free that night.

We just finished a great revival with evangelist Paul Boddy. We saw new visitors come and get saved in almost every service. Evangelist Boddy preached solid sermons on a variety of topics and our church people commented that every sermon was very good. His delivery was dynamic and very friendly and got the attention of everyone unto the end.
Evangelist Boddy functions powerfully in supernatural gifts and gave quite a few and specific words of knowledge combined with healing at the start of his sermons. People could absolutely confirm the accuracy of those words and got immediately healed after prayer! Also at the altar he gave some remarkable specific words of knowledge about personal struggles that gave great encouragement and confirmed the right direction for building up spiritual life and to see breakthroughs.
His last sermon on mental health was announced at the beginning of the revival to motivate the church to invite others with an interest in mental health issues. Several of our new contacts showed up! Evangelist Boddy preached powerfully based partly on his own experiences. Visitors got saved and almost our whole church responded at the altar and joined a mass prayer. Our people were really blessed.
His wife Penny joined evangelist Boddy on this trip. She proved very valuable to our church. They form a very nice couple to have fellowship with after services. Our people really loved their warmth and humour.
We surely want them to come back so I already planned new revivals with Paul Boddy.

Having had the privilege of having Ps Boddy last year, it was great to have him again this year. Penny was with us too, our congregation enjoys having them both. They’re a great couple that will bless any and every church.

Ps Boddy ministered ably on a range of subjects, including doing a men’s meeting on the Saturday morning. We saw people saved. Numbers of people healed and numbers of people got words. We have just concluded our first revival of 2025 (January) with Evangelist Boddy and I couldn’t have asked for a better start to the year! Firstly this was our first revival we held from a Sunday through to Thursday (our usual pattern would be from Thursday/Friday – Sunday as a way of accommodating the the church, and rationalising it as safer bet with the weekend coming equals more people will come). Evangelist Paul Boddy challenged my faith when we scheduled these dates to believe God and I decided to start this revival from the Sunday onwards. I now get why this was the pattern. Whilst my fear was people may be too new, tired or busy to want to come out from Sunday to Wednesday (Thursday is our midweek service), I was pleasantly surprised (or rebuked for my lack of faith, to see we had record attendance in each of those services that I anticipated wouldn’t be highly attended.
New converts came out and the church also supported this revival well. Ev. Boddy preached with precision, prayed for the sick and we saw people healed. He also prayed for about 10 people to be filled with the Holy Spirit and new converts got filled and spoke in tongues for the first time! All exciting stuff. The church was also particularly stirred with his ministry on music and creativity which for me was one of the highlights as after his sermon there were people in our church that began stating they wanted to start worship and practice instruments. There was also a group of new converts who had never mentioned to me that they wrote music (secularly) and these hidden talents/giftings started coming to the surface. I didn’t realise we had all this in the church but his ministry supernaturally drew it out and now has given me a platform to begin working with some of these rappers/singers and potential musicians to begin establishing not just a worship team but a 180 outreach and concert scene with our own homegrown ministers. I couldn’t have asked more from a revival.
In conclusion Ev. Boddy’s word of knowledge hit the nail each night, particularly in the arena of healings which was very encouraging. The revival definitely brought a stirring in the church in anticipation of the year ahead. Seeing people contend in prayer even after the revival has been a great joy. The last night of the revival he preached on money and a pledge was raised for our building and evangelism (local & world) and it was another record, with many people pledging including new converts. The amount pledged was the amount I was believing for as this year our church is stepping into maturing as a self supporting congregation. As I write this report I can already testify that God has been moving on people’s miracle requests from the pledge and testimonies are already coming in of supernaturally providing. The revival was much needed and I am so glad I didn’t limit God by shortening it to simply cater for convenience because I wouldn’t have just been limiting the church but limiting God!!
Ev. Paul Boddy’s ministry needs no introduction or endorsement, however it was quite clear to see he has a great blend of leadership experience, pastoral pedigree with an evangelistic thrust which is evidently amalgamated in his ministry. Therefore I would recommend his ministry and have already booked for him to come back to Leeds next year, which wasn’t just decided by me arbitrarily but one which was unanimously confirmed by the church’s love offering and response each night!

We just concluded revival services with evangelist Paul Boddy and it was a powerful time. It was a very significant revival for both of us because as the pioneer pastor, he was able to purchase Erdington churches first building in 2003, which is where we have been meeting ever since. Over the years of Gods faithfulness to build and bless His church we were recently able to purchase our new, much larger building. This revival was the first series of meetings in our new building, God worked it so that Evangelist Boddy would preach the first revival! God came through and used Paul Boddy’s ministry in supernatural ways. We saw high attendance and visitors in every service. Many of the new people responded to salvation and people got saved almost every night. Evangelist Boddy moved in the gifts, called out specific sicknesses and stirred the congregation throughout the week. We went straight into revival with Evangelist Paul Boddy on the first Sunday of 2025. Due to being a new pastor I was unsure with how our first ever revival was going to go but I can truly say it was anointed, supernatural and very timely. There was an excitement leading up to the revival with quite a few of our church members making a decision to commit themselves to the full revival. Within the revival Pastor Boddy unknowingly touched on key points that I was praying about specifically for the congregation.
From the preaching to moving in the gifts, our daily conversations and seeing a deliverance, I would strongly recommend Evangelist Boddy’s ministry for your church. We also specifically asked if his wife (Penny) could come along and just as we had thought – her love, advice and kind words not only helped the ladies in our church but also us personally, which we are both very thankful for.
Some highlights of the revival included seeing a deliverance on our first service, multiple people filled with the holy ghost, one of our members 13-year-old son got saved and filled with holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues! To add to our amazement, each night, Evangelist Boddy called out multiple specific sicknesses by name and explained the severity of the condition to the tee. We saw multiple people healed and blessed in these meetings. It truly was an amazing time, no doubt we will be rebooking him in the future. Looking forward to seeing all God is going to do through this couples amazing ministry.

I’m so grateful for this revival! On Sunday, the pastor prayed for someone with knee and leg pain, which was exactly my issue. Since then, I’ve had no pain. The next day, he mentioned chest pain and fatigue, which described me, but I hesitated to stand. Tegan encouraged me, and after being prayed for by Pastor Boddy, my check-up the next day showed no need for further medication—everything had improved!
On the third day, the pastor spoke about migraines, which I also struggled with, and I felt God was giving me a spiritual tune-up. I’m now pain-free and no longer reliant on medication. Lastly, after struggling with a course application, I prayed, and today I received my acceptance!
